Our chefs create dishes using the very best and freshest of Sutherland’s local ingredients. None more so than fruit, vegetables and herbs from our own polytunnel and vegetable garden or smoked fish from our own in house smokery. The freshest of seafood and shellfish from nearby Ullapool or Kinlochbervie, and highland game and meat reared right here in Scotland.
Our Lounge and Bars offer the perfect place to relax, contemplate or talk about how much or how little you have done during your day. Our bar has featured in Sawdays 50 Best UK Pubs for Summer.
