Like our Highland weather, our menus are fresh and ever changing

Our kitchen team create dishes using the very best and freshest of Sutherland’s local ingredients. None more so than fruit, vegetables and herbs from our own polytunnel and vegetable garden or smoked fish from our own in house smokery. The freshest of seafood and shellfish from nearby Ullapool or Kinlochbervie, and highland game and meat reared right here in Scotland – all carefully and lovingly prepared in our kitchens.

Our Dining Room offers a 3 course menu priced at £42.00 per head offering a choice of starters, mains and desserts which changes daily. Dinner is then followed by complimentary tea and coffee served in the Lounge in front of the fire.
