Like our Highland weather, our menus are fresh and ever changing

Our kitchen team create dishes using the very best and freshest of Sutherland’s local ingredients. None more so than fruit, vegetables and herbs from our own polytunnel and vegetable garden or smoked fish from our own in house smokery. The freshest of seafood and shellfish from nearby Ullapool or Kinlochbervie, and highland game and meat reared right here in Scotland – all carefully and lovingly prepared in our kitchens.

We offer a set three course evening meal with a choice of starters, mains and desserts including homemade bread and tea or coffee served in the lounge afterwards. Dinner is priced at £45.00 per head if booked as part of a dinner, bed and breakfast package otherwise £50.00 per head subject to any supplements.
