Owners Richard, Fiona and Charlotte recently came to the Scourie Hotel to make it and shape it into a wonderful place for anyone to stay. They have poured fifty years collective success in Scotland and south of the border into Scourie. They have retained the charm and comfort of the hotel while bringing it up to date.
The Campbell Family is blessed with a great team on the front desk and in the back office. As a group everyone puts hospitality and comfort first for each and every guest, which is why we welcome people back year after year. Richard is a keen fisherman and will be heading up the fishing up at the hotel. Fiona will be using her culinary expertise in the kitchens. With Charlotte looking after the administration & operations.

Our Head Chef is passionate about Food and using local produce. The West Coast of Scotland has some of the best fish and seafood in the country. At the Scourie Hotel we try to use locally sourced produce wherever possible. Our aim is to give our guests a memorable time each time they sit down at their table. Our staff, as those visiting regularly know, have all been with the Hotel for years. Be they the Bar Staff, Waiters or Housekeeping they all keep up the traditions of The Hotel.
